How to Add Events to This Site

This page will guide you through the process of putting an event on this site.

Events will show up in both the Events section to the right and on the Events page after they are published.

  1. Log into the website by clicking on Log In and entering your username and password.
  2. After you have successfully logged in, click on "My Folder" in the upper right part of the screen.
  3. Click the "Add to Folder" drop-down menu and select "Event".
  4. Type a Title, Description and Start and End dates and times, event location, event announcement, event type and contact information. Then, click the "Save" button.
    (Items with a little red square beside them on the form are required.)
  5. Click the "State: Public Draft" drop-down menu and select "submit".
