1988 State Champion Cross Country (12:47.6)

1988 6th Place State Track & Field 3200M

1989 5th Place State Track & Field 3200M

Competed at the state level all 4 years in Track and 3 years in Cross Country,

Numerous league and regional awards in Track and Cross Country.

Competed at Cloud Co. Community College on running scholarship.
