Celebration Dinner at the Elcocks

Brothers John "Freddie" and George Burgess visit sister, Joyce Elcock

George Burgess and his wife Carol from Chandler, AZ visited Doug and Joyce Elcock Wednesday, September 28, 2005.  The event was celebrated with a terrific fishfry with Chef Ron Sunley cooking the fresh caught crappie.  Others present were John and Sue Burgess, Bob Burgess, Ron and Barb Sunley and Doug and Joyce Elcock.  The Burgess brothers were launching the sales of their newly published book,  Fresh Feathered Eggs.  On Thursday John and George signed books at Lincoln Perks in Wamego.  Copies of the book are on sale at Dyers, Wamego Drug, Lincoln Perks and Everything Kansas in Wamego, at Hoffman Pharmacy in Westmoreland and Hastings Books in Manhattan.  It can also be ordered via email at JBurgess@cu-portland.edu or Geoaimhigh@aol.com.
